Michael Abrahams – Finance Director of Matrix Knowledge Group
Michael joined Matrix in 2007 as Finance Director, he is responsible for the financial well being of the Group including overall control of the company’s accounting function, financial planning, and corporate finance
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he has built up considerable commercial experience with SMEs. These include Gabicci PLC, where he was instrumental in turning the business around and after the introduction of Venture Capital Finance, its subsequent successful flotation on the USM.
At Frank Usher PLC, he had a wide remit covering all aspects of the company’s operations and moved the business to its next stage from the USM to the Main Market on the Stock Exchange, as well as increasing profitability and totally reducing debt.
He was also CFO from its inception of the new concept for Traded Endowment Policies, the TEP Exchange PLC which floated on AIM.
