  • Discussion boards: Are a powerful communication tool to allow all staff to ask and answer questions, share ideas and best practice, discuss threads and changes and offer opinions on new ideas and current events. This all happens in a safe, internal, business environment and enables you to communicate and listen to the business.
  • Document management: Our tools enable you to create a central repository of video, audio, documents, policies and procedures. This allows the business to centralise its library whilst allowing users to identify new versions and items of interest. We allow multiple users to amend the same documents with full auditing and transparency to streamline operations and collaboration.
  • Survey: Our suite of tools include the capability to create your own surveys and collect feedback from staff, customers and partners. At the creation of each new survey you build a library of questions that can be re run and re used in other surveys to generate quick, easy and manageable results.
  • Branded portal:To enable the business to relate and embrace a portal we deliver our applications with branded easy-to-navigate web portals for you to disseminate key messages across the business. We can create portals in your brand, using your key messages and identity to embed them within your business as independent portals or additional parts of existing web based systems.

Police Collaboration Hub for the Home Office & National Policing Improvement Agency »

Police forces have been required by the Home Office to collaborate more but lacked a secure space for communication on organisational development issues. Our secure website was commissioned by the Home Office and National Policing Improvement Agency to allow staff in police forces to share information easily. Users only see the content appropriate to their needs and authorisation.

The Hub includes discussion boards, survey and reporting tools, as well as brand aligned web content. The system was featured in a Microsoft case study, showcasing our innovative use of web-based software in a public sector context.
