Raj has worked in the public service arena for the last 17 years. His experience and expertise in modelling and decisions analysis helps to unlock the value in the information and interpret the data to give clients insight and enable evidence informed and transparent decision-making.

He is responsible for building strategic relationships with our technical partners that include Microsoft, 7Global and Steria.

Within Matrix he is responsible for IT & IS, developing performance management systems that help the board steer the company and the business managers to control their projects.

Much of Stephen’s career has been in the private sector providing advice to senior executives on internal and external corporate communication, stakeholder engagement and performance management; developing a ‘triple bottom line’ approach to reporting within large international enterprises and maximising the use of appropriate technology.
