- Lot 5: Provision of support in the use of methods and tools for evaluations, evaluation related activities, including impact assessments in the framework of DG EMPL activities and of other DGs concerning only the assessment of employment and social impacts. Matrix is on the framework contract for the provision of evaluation and evaluation related services to the commission and is a supplier for the following services:
- Lot 2: Provision of studies of a prospective nature – mid-term, final and ex post evaluation of community programmes, policies and other activities. Matrix leads this service in partnership with Rambøll Management Ltd.
- Lot 3: Provision of external evaluation studies of an interim and ex post nature – low scale, high priority interim and ex post evaluation studies of programmes and/or policies. Matrix is in partnership with Rambøll Management Ltd who leads this lot and Eureval.
