Agile Development

The agile methodology is a rigorous project management process premised on the value of working closely and collaboratively with a client, across a series of smaller incremental deliverables (rather than delivering a system in one lump after many months of work). The benefits of this approach are significant and include:

Better solution – The close cooperation between the development team and the client across the entirety of the development process ultimately results in a solution which is more likely to fulfill your business and functional requirements (versus a traditional development process where all requirements definition work happens before any development work begins).

Lower project risk – With the project broken out into numerous smaller pieces which are addressed in rapid succession, the overall project is easier to manage, and the client always knows in real-time where the project stands in regard to what has been completed, and what is left to complete.

Earlier delivery of solution components – As discrete elements of the overall solution are completed to the satisfaction of the client, they can be moved from the test environment to a live environment, where the client can begin to use them.
